Yeah that is a weird drawing of Saitama. Almost looks fanmade. It’s like a weird inbetween of his simple normal face and more detailed serious face compared to what he usually does. Usually he uses for comedy or to look cool, but here it isn’t doing either. It looks like how a fujoshi would draw saitama to try and make him attractive while still trying to keep his dopey expression. Maybe he’s going for a purposely bishonen artstyle for him since this arc is revolved around sweet mask?
