That's not what that graph says retard, that's rate of growth. In my humble opinion; the manga finished the plotline of the martial arts tournament where martial arts have a use for saitama, demonstrating their differences in nature, one being immovable and the other being adaptive. It also showed that even if Garou received even a fraction of the power he wanted, he'd just end up ruining everything. In the webcomic, saitama was more of a bully who wanted to stop Garou from holding back while still being a responsible hero, while manga saitama was more responsible after seeing genos being wrecked on the battlefield adn hearing the little shit saved him. He actively tried to defuse the situation while lecturing Garou on his childish antics. It's called the ma arc for a reason, which is martial arts. And garou the wolf, turns into a monster because of full moon.
