Loki honestly deserves the final crew member spot more than anyone right now, but I can’t see that happening when we’re in the final saga and close to the One Piece. Plus I just don’t see him being promotional-material material, if that makes sense. Unless his devil fruit form makes him look super marketable or something.

I don’t expect him to join the crew even though he obviously should, but I hope Oda surprises me
