Really dislike this method of measuring a skill. Just say it in hours of practice instead, it's more honest. And it's certainly not ~180 to ~540 hours to read it comfortably, that would definitely still be in the constant lookup trenches, what best case someone has a working vocabulary of 3,600 or so? Though still readable I suppose, but I think you're really underselling the effort involved even if I agree that in theory it is feasible.
