You can ask support for a full refund or replacement if your pre owned figure isn't as advertised. I bought an A not long ago that had been opened already, it was more like a C because of the damage. Got a replacement. Always immediately inspect your figures, both new and pre owned, and keep the cardboard package (or just the invoice). They'll ask for a picture of the invoice in case you need a refund or a replacement
