There is no possibility whatsoever of any girl besides Anna from winning, that's because she's the main girl and that is an absolute iron law of JP romances. The only possible way the main couple doesn't get together is if there is a tragic separation (ie death, being a ghost, sent to space, etc). Karen will make her move and appear to be overwhelmingly powerful in the final arc which will put a heavy strain on Anna but it will be resolved in a dramatic romantic chase scene.
