I’m also not the biggest fan of Hina’s writing over the series, but I feel like tying her to Amane’s bullshit deprived her of the chance to grow beyond her initial position and didn’t give her the time or focus necessary to become interesting. Might just be cope or bias speaking though.
Super agree that Chims is incredible, and Hina does get a bunch of free points from me for having Starlight be incredible.
