Just finished watching it, here's my thoughts

>The sound design is underrated compared to the animation. Not to say the animation was bad by any means, but the almost comically loud parts were the ones that revved my lizard brain the most

>Zenitsu was my favorite fight, because it felt like you could discern individual moves better than in the other ones, even if it was the shortest

>The pacing was indeed an issue, but not to the extent that it ruined the movie for me. I feel like it will age better when it's chopped up into episodes, and if you see it in the theater, you'll have a better time if you think of it like "alright, time to binge a season in one sitting" instead of "alright, time to watch a movie."

>I liked the gentler version of Akaza's theme song that played during his flashback

>Kokushibo tease at the end has me hyped for the next movie, his brief soundtrack was great as well. I've got faith that UM2 and UM1, plus UM1's flashbacks, will have a proper adaptation, and I think it might feel more movielike with the pacing since it's only two fights.

>There were audible reactions in my theater to Douma getting eyepoked, you're too slow, scum, the bear getting heemed, Tanjiro announcing his attack, and the biggest one was to Akaza getting beheaded, which got straight up applause and cheering. There were also reactions to some of the humor bits early on, and to Akaza grabbing his head after getting beheaded, and in general continuing to fight.
