haven't been following the community since last batch. any big theories or mysteries that have caught on? or thought to be solved?
i will share my headcanon theories:
>Tse, Chrollo, Kurapika, Hisoka will all end up in the same dynamic and alliances will be unexpected. Pika will be forced to work with Chrollo and begin to understand him
>Tse was corrupted/"chosen" by the Dark Sonata which explains his sudden psychotic shift & his satanic nen themes, ties into his underground art passion and the foreshadowed association with Melody. non-urn nen beast might've been externally induced
>Pika will use up almost all his life through Emperor Time, be in a bedridden state in Fake DC with Wobble. Leorio will be the main protag associated with the DC arc, trying to find the Nitro Rice for Pika. recall that Leorio wanted to become a Hunter doctor because he couldn't save his childhood friend
>Morena will die after the Zodiacs get involved but Contagion will escape through to the V6 (potential security breaches foreshadowed with the commodity system etc.) and cause a pandemic that leads to Gyro's arc (who has a similar mentality to Morena)
>Gyro will take over Meteor City while the world's major players are preoccupied with the DC. this brings Gon back into the picture. Hisoka has become irreparably inhuman after repeated deaths and he joins Gyro. the remaining Phantom Troupe members side with Gon. the Mighty Sweepin' Power Cleaners are foreshadowing for Gon and his crew (including new and old friends) saving Meteor City
here's my big reach ending:
>Gon either still can't use Nen or *refuses* to, and is much more mentally and physically mature. when he meets Gyro, there won't be a fight, and Gon will win with words. Hisoka will be fucking pissed and bloodthirsty that it's resolved amicably and he finally forces Gon to fight for real. this is the culmination of the series. Gon will reveal his new hatsu and kill Hisoka for good
