Origin, Unicorn and Hathaway. It's Gundam UC at its best and untethered from the kiddy toy sales sunday cartoon baggage that the old gundam series were saddled with. Would to see the whole series redone one day in style of Origin or Hathaway, but with all the bullshit trimmed away and more focus on world building, politics and philosophy. Less mecha fights but make them more impactful. Until Hathaway I think the series never really showed just how truly terrifying and powerful these machines are. They're basically WMDs. They're not given proper respect in gundam and most mecha series in general, because most mecha fights are just silly shonen wrestling fights that are all about guts and willpoper with mechs being little more than just skinsuits for the pilots. Hathaway had a Patlaboresque approach to mechs.
