Nah Piccolo is fused with Kami. It doesnt make sense. Dark Prince Bejita was perfection. He would be the one to Crack first. He didnt really choose the earth life. It just kinda happened and Bejita justified it because Goku also has a family so it must make Bejita stronger. Bejita then slowly realized he loved his family and it was fucking with his saiyan instincts. He then gets this golden moment to just get a free power up and be evil again and takes it so he can fight Goku on even ground. Its so fucking good. Toei knew it was good and expanded on it beautifully. The manga and anime just do such an amazing job illustrating Bejita's struggle. His final Explosion is just him realizing he still loves everyone and just fucking kills himself to kill Buu. I really feel like Gohan "dying" triggered something in Bejita aswell. I think he really came to respect Gohan and takes pride him seeing a saiyan grow up and be powerful. Him dying because of his choice to fight Goku just broke him. He wanted to go out like a warrior and didnt cry like a bitch once. Just the absolute peak of visual story telling without being overly sappy.
