not OP, but honestly for the sizes you should just put visual estimates and include the official sizes as an extra when available, because let's be serious, most official sizes are complete bolloks, just look at the ones from magical wizard for example, why even include them when they're so far off at that point. Visually measuring breast sizes is not that difficoult if you have enough angles, someone posted a guide some time ago.
