If you extend the line that represents 145 cm, you will see that it touches the top of Nadeshiko's head almost exactly, so she's about 145. Rin minus her bun is lower than that, so about or just above 140. Nips also came to roughly the same conclusion:

Strangely zero news of Yuru Camp S4 whatsoever. Perhaps next year is still too early. I hope Toyosaki Aki will be able to return to her role as Aoi.
