Not sure about the rest of the thread, but that does apply to me, yes. Plus personally, I find it easier to read gag-oriented series more than series who take themselves completely seriously, as it takes up less mental space to start.

Man, I need to get around to reading Apothecary Prince. Now all I can think of is (La)chiel= (Llo)yd and La(chiel)=Ja(vier) due to the wide amount of homonyms that are in Korean, so sounds like "chiel" and "vier" kind of sound the same. But maybe I'm overthinking it lmao.
