I was reading some of yas's biography and mentioning musing (my back pages, origin) and honestly? Participating in rebellion, getting arrested, and expelled from college to just go and get hired in the industry but then getting kicked off projects, your own pieces being failures commercially despite being really good (gorg, arion, Venus wars, etc) I totally get why he just fucked off and became a manga drawing hermit.
