It was always great. It's just that season 1's poor adaptation dragged everything down. Now that it has received a faithful adaptation, people are starting to realize that CSM is not just another mindless shonenslop series. Season 2 will adapt the best conent of the entire manga and elevate CSM into "modern classic" territory.
