Horikoshi designs are great and that's enough to make another popular manga unless he really fucks up.
Modulo doesn't even have Gege dirty art anymore and he relies too much on jjk, whereas I think Horikoshi would just make a new story unrelated to mha (unless it's a sequel of course)
