radio kaikan has decent prices, everywhere else in akiba is marked up for gaijins. If you're fine with second hand items I suggest you check a relatively big hobby-off or hard-off
Maybe nakano broadway for all the insane stores there, I think I even saw like some store that sell retro gravure and religious cult-ish books in the 3rd or 4th floor and they're all a substore of mandarake or something. Also theres a supermarket at the basement for some reason.
But desu japan is more than just products to buy, I really recommend just going to tourist hotspots like the shrine with the two onis or even fuji mountain. Even places like akiba is just comfy to walk and explore while you munch on a kebab or takoyaki.
