No, it's just a scene where both their character models are side by side while the scene plays out in dialogue. You don't actually see the headpat happen. To tell the truth, I think they got the heights kind of close with how I imagine the characters, but I don't think they were putting that much thought into it, and it was never meant to be inspected that closely. For all I know they could reveal official character heights later that do not at all match up with that group shot.
