It was a yt documentary I watched a while ago so I'm not really sure about the sources and the specifics are fuzzy but what really irks me is the goal in itself of breeding a super bug to throw out in territory Japan themselves wanted to conquer and rule at the cost of of everyone involved including the researchers. They went completely insane for "NIPPON DAI ICHI"
