I don't know if there's a lot of notable examples of anime/manga and other related media that can be considered a right-wing propaganda piece as a whole. But you absolutely find snippets that would not line up with contemporary progressive ideology in series like Tokyo Ghoul, Gintama, Gantz, a lot of VNs (namely from alicesoft), etc.
