Mikagami loses one or two disposable members of his harem to them, and then they just get matched up against them over and over again. Trying different powers and tactics and still just getting their ass handed to them.
This creates not just a pressure to escape the whole gladiator bullshit entirely, but a ticking clock as well. He loses people every time they lose a fight, and there are some sacrificial pawns he can afford to give up to buy time but the harem members he values the most are precious and if he doesn't GTFO fast he risks losing them too.
I'd say that the worst matchup for him would be someone whose power is that they force everyone else's powers to go down a rank. The fighters with strong powers become significantly weaker, but Mikagami's copied skills are *already* weaker than the original, so being forced down a rank on top of that essentially means that he stops being able to copy skills at all. Its a silver bullet against him.
