What would the thread consider fun for a diaper-focused game?
2D or 3D? Somewhere in between?
Level of quality - super duper mega realistic 4k grafix with all the bells and whistles or just Good Enough that it could look great for a game 15-20 years ago?
Story driven, manual scene-driven, or freeform sandbox gameplay?
Native exe or in the browser, or even both?
Assume it would be easily modded - the default gameplay itself would be a mod of the base game engine so it could be reworked any way anyone would want.
