He was a mid but passable writer. At least he understood basic grammar structure and dialogue. Which is more than we can say for most writers in this community.
His big issue was that he believed that he was writing some high end literature when he was just a dime bin smut writer. all his characters were the standard community tropes, all his stories have already been written, and he never appreciated how much his art commissions carried him.

That being said. At least we did get some good art out of it. And more than that it excited the community. People were actually collectively hyped for new stuff to come out. I remember when the first game came out, that was at the height of the thing, and it was a pretty fun time all in all.
In retrospect we can see all the issues it had, but it was an event and with such a small kink we don't get many of those. We don't have a central hub for this community, so anything that we can collectively get excited about is a positive in my opinion. Here's hoping for the day someone tries something similar, with less ego and more talent.
