>but maybe I just need to git gud and see if she can be bothered also
Sounds like a good thing to attempt. I'm a little confused about how you seem so desperate for her approval yet you don't seem to care enough to actually show up to dates yourself. Did you do something to her to put yourself in this "You need to prove yourself to me" box?

>She still treats me better than other girls I've dated
>She just has a busy social/family life and is a bit ditzy, I don't think there's any malice
Disrespect doesn't have to come from an intentional space. Being inconsiderate means that she is not considering you, and she isn't considering you because she doesn't have the time nor mental capacity
>Idk like 2-3 months now I think
>We were hanging out like every day for hours for the first 2-3 weeks (basically all of my time outside of work I spent with her)
Did you say that you were dating and now you are not? How long was the dating portion and what was the conversation that means you are not dating now? Did you break up?
I'm not surprised that the two of you are petering out. The first portion of a relationship is generally excited and obsessive like that, yes, and then a transition usually happens around the 3 month mark (where you're at now) where it settles into something more sustainable. But if she isn't really interested in a comfortable and sustainable relationship then that means she was only there for the exciting new-relationship-energy part. Sorry, man.
>Yeah, not sex but other stuff
Are you talking about hugging and a peck on the lips or at the scale of making out and oral?
