Those were my assumptions. We met up again and she told me the actual reason

SHE didn't want it to progress. This is typical avoidant behavior. I fucking asked her several times if she wanted to move in together, she said no, that she wasn't ready. She would complain about living at home with her parents but she'd still say no to moving in together. Hell, she even said she wanted to live on her own first and that we needed to move in together before getting married, which is sensible. Again, what could I improve?
