As an autistic man who has done some dating: some women certainly are okay with it. But you need to pick someone who is quite cool-headed and thinks before she reacts. You are definitely going to say or do the wrong thing - a lot - so she needs to be someone who is able to think "I expect he didn't mean that the way it sounded" rather than just assume she knows what you meant better than you do.

You should be reasonably upfront about it, too. I don't mean introduce yourself by saying "Hi, I'm anon, and I'm autistic" but she should probably know about it before or during your first date.
