Yes and no. Don't disregard all the information that comes there but just know that a majority of it is sewage that has been repeated on loop for years at this point.
If you disagree with the majority in /pol/ then you're immediately ostracized. Most of the people there are unhappy and while their reasons are legitimate, the way how they deal with it isn't. Instead of being the change they want to see, the groan and complain incessantly.
Listen, if you're a real human being with the desire to be something greater, I wouldn't advise being around something lesser. There's more good out there than /pol/ and arguably the majority of this site. The best advice you can get here is to leave here.
