Stop asking stupid non point questions, i get that youre trying your hardest to assert this is "illegal" what Ice is doing but its not. Being detained is the first step in processing these folks. These people are actually getting processed more than is neccessary according to the constitution. ICE isnt picking up 5000 immigrants at a time and chucking them accross the border, thats retarded to believe.
