I think police and enforcement agents often use excessive force, or lethality when its unwarranted. But I see people like you giving the agents a pass every time the victim happens to be a certain shade. Maybe the guy feared for his life, and decided that was the best way to get people to back off. She got what she deserved, tbh. Dont storm the capital, don't get shot, simple as.
