“We’re going to kill anyone who throws a rock at us” is not proportional force whatsoever, it’s 100% escalation. You now know that at any time a cop can think it was you that threw something and kill you, or that they may just decide to kill you and say you threw something. It leaves your best remaining viable option to kill a cops before they have the chance to decide whether or not to kill you.
This is how I know you’ve never been in a life or death situation where you can’t afford to take the risk.
