I don't get the point of this mansion. What does kick get out of paying for it? Its just a large soulless shell. And Nick already said they aren't going to be hosting a lot of party's and events there because after last night they already got in trouble with the hoa. Most streams will just be entirely in one room or the kitchen as they settle in. He already seems to have realized its not good for stream saying its too big and spread out.
