You know speaking of cameras, if you really wanted to freak those cops out you'd send in FPV drones.
Just regular camera drones to film what's going on mind you, nothing crazy. However:
1. It's a camera they can't hose or rubber bullet away, so dealing with this is gonna be their day now.
2. For obvious reason people are skittish about FPV drones right now. If there's enough unknown ones zipping around , there's gonna be a point where they're gonna have to break up their formations to account for unknowns.
You'd disrupt them, you'd be doing zero harm to them, and any measures to get rid of them will require a probably unrealistic escalation from them.
