Arther got an O1 visa, which is a talent visa. meaning he's an entertainer like an actor or media personality. my guess is that his Rising star award + his rise last year help. he also got signed to an agent company to back him up. also nick problably had a job lined up for him in case it was needed. he can stay for 3 years now!
