Not sure what are you trying to prove with this picture. If you have a vision about getting something done, that's the only way: take it in your own hands. If anyone gets in your way, kick that person away. Only people are allowed around you who support your ideal just the way you do.
I'm not saying he is doing good or bad things - but whatever he is doing, he is doing with quite some focus, and it is hard to sidetrack him.
