Yeah, those tend to be a bit more efford.
Would have to search for a recipe there, usually when I bake something in that direction it contains various forms of grains and, most of the time, I end up kind of winging it (just get the cosistency right, with enough sourdough and or yeast and hope for the best)
Sometimes that works, sometimes I get brake-pads for trains instead of bread.
