He's trying a tactic and it's not going to work because he's barking up the wrong tree but he's like an obsessed Chihuahua who can't let go. He thinks he knows the truth either because he's a fucking ghoul projecting his own intrusive thoughts onto everyone else or because his line of work has made everyone else look like a nail while he's the hammer.
Or I'm way off base and I've got the wrong guy. But hey, at least I can admit that if it's the case, unlike some federal agents. ;-)
