I don't care about that, that's not a goal of mine, I care about what's in the best interest of my country, and it's in the best interest of my country, our citizens, and its allies if as few as possible countries have access to nuclear weapons
under what premise should I want my enemies to have more tools to destroy me? how does that make sense?
