For intersex people, either whatever sex they would be without the condition.
Or just have them be a third "neuter" sex.
Doesn't change that most male-to-"female" trannies are biologically 100% male. and most female-to-"male" one are 100% female.
My argument may be flawed in very minor cases. Like sub 1%.
But lets see you come up with a consistent definition of male and female with no vibes at all.
