I've never hired a black person, a gay person, a Hispanic person, nor a Trans person and I never will and you have zero control over that. I work for a fortune 500 company as a recruiter and they expect us to find qualified people. Most of our DEI hires are low level package or office people. Our corporate team is almost entirely white and we all voted for Trump. Business is not on your side regardless of the laws
