Plenty of times billionaires will step in and soften any economic blows. All kinds of shenanigans from buying your own media to direct cash infusions. They do like their psyops and can't have it look like opposition is successful. The existing industries and governments even have lots of incentives for woke media. That may have changed a bit with Trump though. I have not looked. The same types that like to pretend woke has no meaning literally have a checkbox list of things to precisely calculate just how woke a piece of media is and how much it should be rewarded or suppressed.
