>I've never met an intelligent white person who believes that race is linked to IQ.
I know race is related to IQ.
In school you kinda notice whites and asians outperform others. In university you catch staff involved with pushing grades and exceptions for both ethnics and sports'tards.
Earned my mech eng, got to work in manufacturing at different companies. Continued schooling and added civil engineering because it is a more stable field, and while bouncing around architectural forms for a few years added a bachelors in psychology to my list of confirmed skills.
Some advanced education advice; read through the textbooks during the first week of a course most of it will stick in the subconscious, and test out of any class you can (half to 2/3rds for me) it really accelerates the degree program.
So I'm now working engineering, changing company every few years, eventually get a reputation and history enough to work as a business consultant... get to see even more varieties of people in action in many different jobs.
Blah blah blah tl'dr
My top three documented results:
CEO/owner/site-administrator/etc are bigoted douchebags who speak well but have really really low practical and technical expertise, the more meetings they hold the less capable and skilled they are.
The quiet workers who cause no problems steadily working productively are the most intelligent, they don't brag about it.
Blacks and latinos should be kept to reasonably simple jobs without high skills required, training them in all departments at a company dramatically reduces their performance, and avoid putting them in positions of control and responsibility; they will abuse their authority.
