That isn't what a fallacy is. You attributing that as a fallacy is though. No, an example of my fallacy would be ignoring the distributed literature of present day institutions. It is as bad as relying on it, to avoid this fallacy I would need to actually read it and be able to properly argue its points rather than assume it is wrong based solely on its history of subterfuge and the expense of being educated enough to actually comprehend what is and isn't credible within it.
