I can see it being hot for a play scene, where its not being taken seriously.
I have an occasional domme friend, who's a qualified medic, and also "mostly" lesbian. And I can see her being up for some kind of play scene where its exploring the idea of being castrated - "get rid of all the pesky bits that are no use to anyone" or the likes.
and playing along with that in a scene might well be fun, and even hot, in a very transgressive way.
but the moment it goes from playing along to actually doing something that would be irreversible would be a great big hard no.
