You do have a bicameral parliament (the house of representatives is the lower house, the senate is the upper house). The major difference to Westminster parliamentary governments is that the cabinet isn’t elected by the lower house – the president is elected separately, and they can arbitrarily appoint unelected people to the cabinet, hence DUI hire Pete Hegseth.
What you don’t have is preferential voting and proportional representation.
