It's funny that you end your post with the word cope. So, at least on some level, you know that's what you're doing every time you tell yourself these things and repeat them. But you still keep doing it, even though everyone knows you're lying and nobody will ever trust you again, you keep lying anyway. Incredible to see it happen.
