I was referring to a specific one battle, in which 30 000 Germanics ambushed the Romans. As proof against your asinine claims that they had no large cities. It would be impossible to amass a force of 30 000 without equally large cities as the other sides.
The only city that was an exception was Rome itself. Other Roman cities were similar in scale to the Germanic ones.
