Thats the problem right there. Its like trusting her about Jack just being a friend or her not going to an after party. Look at her old videos pre-breakup and you will see she had fatphobia and feared it. She still does this by saying skinny legend and believing that her roommates have the body she wants aka the body she used to have. She only says she always had body dysphoria because it is a better PR answer than saying I dont want to be fat
