"Nigger" means "slave". It didn't exist before the slave trade. Slavery is over, hence why "niggers" don't exist anymore. Your statement is therefore wrong. If you're referring to black people living under terrible conditions that makes them act exactly how we expect them to act then the question would be they are in those positions and acting that way because OF WHO?
