How did he violate the constitution, arresting illegals and imprisoning them is still following their rights for due process, they are illegal immigrants however and do not have every protection the constitution offers. This has already been debated and the Supreme Court let it go as long as he follows due process. If the fuckhead was having ICE round them up and put them in a trebuchet sling and launching the faggots south over the border then he would be acting illegally.
